Project Manager Event Technician (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

  • Financial and technical planning of national (and international) media exhibitions and concerts in the classical music sector
  • Preparation and coordination of offers including material planning, resource planning and logistics
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of set-up and dismantling of projects on site
  • Preparation of lighting, sound, rigging and media technology plans
  • Personnel planning/booking and coordination during the implementation of projects
  • Creation of content guidelines and consultation regarding content creation and delivery
  • Preparation of rental requests incl. financial assessment/coordination and subsequent commissioning

 

Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training as a specialist in event technology
  • Several years of experience in project management with a focus on media technology
  • Sound, theoretical and practical know-how in modern media and event technology
  • Ideally sound knowledge of video and projection technology

  • Hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach
  • Strong customer orientation
  • Physical resilience for conversion, assembly and dismantling; ability to work at heights an advantage
  • IT skills: MS Office and CAD programs (Vectorworks), knowledge of easyjob is an advantage
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Driving license class B or C/CE an advantage
  • Intermittent/temporary willingness to travel in the DACH region, including internationally

  • Creation of lighting, sound, rigging, and media technology plans
    Resource and logistics coordination during project implementation
  • Creation of content guidelines and consultation regarding content creation and delivery
  • Overview of material lists and rentals, including financial coordination and subsequent commissioning


Your qualifications:

  • Completed technical training as an event technology specialist
  • Several years of experience in event technology (ideally across all trades)
  • Sound theoretical and practical know-how in modern media and event technology
  • Ideally, sound knowledge in the field of rigging

  • Class B driver’s license
